Silver Line Metro: Shuttle Bus Service Mobile App for Tysons International Plaza

The App will enable riders to log in and determine the status of the shuttle bus.

Customer User Name: tstysons (it is case sensitive)
Customer Password: 1234

1. Download the “Fleetmatics Mobile” App.
2. Once installed, click on the “Fleetmatics” icon where you will be directed to enter the User Name and Password.
3. Enter: tstysons as the User Name and 1234 as the Password and click on USA/Canada.
4. Once logged in, click on the “Live Fleet” icon.
5. You will see the vehicle # which is: Bus #406.
6. Click the bus to find where the bus is located on a map with an arrow for the direction the bus is traveling.
7. Click on the arrow for the exact address of where the bus is located.
8. Click on the “person” icon on the left of the vehicle #, to see a street view of where the bus is located.
