I have used the Intelligent Office space in Scarborough for about a year now. As a self-employed person who needs to consult with clients, I find the use of Intelligent Office is perfect. I don't need office space every day so being able to book space as needed works for my business. I like that there is variety of space available to book. If I need a boardroom for a group, which I often do, that type of space is available. If I need a smaller office, that is available too. The office space is clean and quiet, there is a food court and parking available and the location is accessible by either car or transit. If one has any security concerns, there is security on the ground floor. All in all the Intelligent Office provides a professional environment at a reasonable price. The support staff is polite and friendly. I love using Intelligent Office and feel the person who came up with the idea was brilliant and really knew what small business people would need.
