Our clients pay a small fee for the right to have their mail delivered here and for the ability to pay an hourly rate to use a Class A office or Class A conference room.  Clients have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to pick up their mail for no charge or, for a reasonable fee, it can forwarded to them.

IO also provides live answer receptionist services.  Our receptionists will answer, screen, announce and connect any call from any number, anywhere in the world, to our client.  As a result, our client’s client experiences a seamless connection without ever realizing that their consultant, lawyer, financial planner or whoever they are working with, may be working from home, or elsewhere.

Our target market is any “solo-preneur”, meaning a solo practitioner or entrepreneur, a small company, or even a large one, who wants a prestigious address and a classy location on a full-time basis without the full-time cost.  Further, for those who do need a full-time office location, we offer dedicated fully-furnished turn-key offices with state-of-the-art equipment.
