5 Tips to Create Perfect Social Media Content for Your Brand

Social media is the perfect way to reach an innumerable number of potential clients, partners and influencers. 1. Correlate Content to Metrics and Goals

It is vital to have a clear idea of what your business’s goals are and to focus on your metrics. Define these goals first before posting any content.  For example, if you want to generate traffic, your metric should be unique visitors from social media websites where you implement your social media campaigns. If you’re seeking to acquire a following, your metric should be subscribers and followers on your social media channels (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) 

2. Know your Target Market

Another crucial aspect of creating amazing social media content is to understand your target market. No one can afford to target everyone. Look at your current customer base and that of your competitors, then create content that appeals specifically to that audience.

Engaging in real conversations with your audience will add value to your content.

They are the key to your SEO efforts and ensure maximum visibility of all your content. Don’t overdo it though; tweets with 1 hashtag get 21% more engagement than those with 2 or more.

5. Make Your Blog Mobile-Friendly

Many companies link their social media content to blog posts. It is a waste of time to do this unless you make your blog mobile-friendly. More and more people are browsing from their mobile phone these days. If clients land on a page that isn’t mobile-friendly, they are likely to leave. Make sure all your content is accessible via multiple browsers and devices.
